Small Medium Large Coffee Co. has officially opened its doors within Fairfield’s White Birch Plaza.

Small Medium Large Coffee Co., which also provides an extra-large option, opened its doors at White Birch Plaza, 2480 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, on August 24th.

The proprietors of the coffee establishment are Danielle Seeley and James Layfield. Their objective is to deliver superior coffee while fostering a welcoming and genial ambiance within the establishment, according to an announcement issued by the town of Fairfield.

Patrons can indulge in a variety of flavors, including Coconut Cream Pie, Banana Hazelnut, Caramel Nut Biscotti, and French Vanilla, as indicated on the café’s online menu. Beyond coffee, the menu encompasses selections such as iced chai and matcha tea.

“We are delighted to be part of the Fairfield community and its proud tradition of supporting locally owned small businesses. We have had a wonderful first month and our neighbors have been very welcoming and supportive,” Seeley said in the news release.

Apart from beverages, the newly unveiled coffee haven boasts an array of “freshly baked” confections. Doughnut aficionados can choose from an assortment of flavors such as chocolate glazed, Boston creme, honey-dipped, coconut, jelly, and vanilla frosted. The muffin selection encompasses flavors like chocolate hazelnut, corn yogurt, blueberry burst crumb, cinnamon coffee cake, and mochaccino.
